Dolores Agnes Ford Woodworth, 88, of Spartanburg, SC, went home to her beloved Heavenly Father on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at Mary Black Hospital. Born September 28, 1927, in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late George Thomas and Agnes Gertrude Galvin Ford. Mrs. Woodworth was the mother of five children, Kathleen Reynolds, Bob Woodworth, Lee Woodworth, Laura Burrus, and Marilyn Hudman. She was the grandmother to 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers, George Ford and Joseph Ford. She was predeceased by her loving companion of 54 years, Loren Kent Woodworth, who retired a Master Sergeant in the U. S. Air Force after 28 years of service and was also a Shriner with distinction; and a sister, Virginia Klusch. The family will host a memorial service honoring her memory at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Covenant Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Robert H. Brozina officiating. Private burial at a later date will be in Arlington Cemetery. No flowers please, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Covenant Presbyterian Church, 880 W. O.
