Diane Hall

Charla Diane Morgan Hall, 72, of Spartanburg, SC died Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born July 27, 1944 in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Columbus "B.C." and Mary Kate Dismukes Morgan. She was the widow of Dean O. Hall. Diane was a graduate of Fairforest High School and Converse College. She was an employee of Christian Supply for the past 40 plus years and was a longtime music coordinator at Macedonia Baptist Church in Gaffney, SC. She was a member of Anderson Mill Road Baptist Church. She was such a wonderful cook and she loved music. Survivors include a daughter, Joye Hall of the home; son, Scott Dean Hall (Tonya) of Inman, SC; very special grandchildren, Brittany Hall, Austin Hall, Camden Hall, Natalya Kamenshchikova; sister, Dean Lindsey of Cowpens; brother, Tommy Vineyard of Spartanburg; and sister-in-law, Charlotte Hall of Spartanburg; and a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a sister, Mary Frances Mullinax and a brother-in-law, William Ted Hall. Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Anderson Mill Road Baptist Church, 4371 Anderson Mill Road, Moore, SC 29369, conducted by the Rev. Dr. D. J. Horton and the Rev. Dr. Terry Duvall. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307. The family will be at the home, 413 Lakewinds Blvd., Inman, SC 29349. They will accept flowers, or memorials may be made to Anderson Mill Road Baptist Church Building Fund, 4371 Anderson Mill Road, Moore, SC 29369.
