Dennis Deaton

Dennis Ray Deaton, 56, of Spartanburg, SC, died Sunday, July 2, 2017, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born March 2, 1961, in Chicago, IL, he was the son of Roy Smith Deaton of Spartanburg, SC and the late Floree Johnson Deaton. He was employed with Kohler Company for 28 years and served with the U. S. Navy. In addition to his father, survivors include a brother, Michael Smith Deaton of Spartanburg, SC. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, July 7, 2017, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 8, 2017, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by the Rev. Andy Case.
