Delmer Tramel

Delmer Warren Tramel, 90, of Anderson, SC, died Sunday, March 2, 2014, at Summit Place of Anderson. Born January 20, 1924, in Pacolet, SC, he was the son of the late John Madison and Sallie Gallman Tramel. He was retired from M. Lowenstein and served in the U. S. Army during World War II. Mr. Tramel was predeceased by his wife, Martha Mathis Tramel; and three brothers, John Defoy Tramel, James Leroy Tramel, and Billy Tramel. Surviving is his sister, Betty Tramel of Spartanburg, SC. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 5, 2014, in Pacolet Memorial Gardens, 141 Memorial Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29372, by the Rev. Andy Case. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 901 South Pine Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
