David Splawn

David Splawn, 69, of Inman, SC passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023 at home. Born on August 14, 1953, he was the son of the late Walson Hopper and Cora Lee Chapman Splawn.

A quiet man, David loved his video games and movies. He was a big fan of wrestling.

Survivors include his brothers, Marshall Splawn (Gloria) of Boiling Springs and Wayne Splawn of Inman, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, David was predeceased by his siblings, J. T. Splawn, Corinne Bush, and Ernest Splawn.

Visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 pm Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Floyd’s Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Highway 9 North, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 pm in Good Shepherd Memorial Park, 4164 Boiling Springs Rd, Boiling Springs, SC 29316, conducted by The Rev. Garold Thomas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of South Carolina, 652 Bush River Road, Suite 211, Columbia, SC 29210.
