David Owen

David Bruce Owen, 79, of Spartanburg, SC, died Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at Woodruff Manor. Born September 6, 1935, in Norwalk, CT, he was the son of the late Irving and Clara Deysenroth Owen. A U. S. Army veteran, Mr. Owen was a self-employed horticulturist. Survivors include his beloved wife of 25 years, Janice Franke-Owen of the home; daughters, Kristine Alene Cooper (Donald) of Spartanburg, SC and Kara Lanette Franke of Cheshire, CT; a granddaughter, Alexandra Justyn Cooper; and nephew, Fred Deysenroth.
