David Derrick

David R. Derrick, 61, of Spartanburg, SC died Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born June 5, 1951 in Charlotte, NC, he was the son of the late Ralph Dennis and Elizabeth Koellner Derrick. Mr. Derrick was retired from RR Donnelley, was a Past Master of the Arcadia Masonic Lodge #285, and a 32nd Degree from Scottish Rite. Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Diane Clayton Derrick; daughter, Ashley Autrey and her husband Ronnie of Greer; son Chris Derrick of Boiling Springs; grandchildren, Hannah Derrick, Graham Derrick, and Daniel Autrey; and a brother, John Derrick of Inman. Visitation will be 2:00-3:45 PM Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. A Memorial service will follow at 4:00 PM in the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. F. Ed Traxler, Jr. Memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303. The family is at their respective homes.
