Danny Buckner

Danny Vestal Buckner, 74, of Campobello, SC, died Monday, January 7, 2019, at his home. Born September 25, 1944, in Richmond, VA, he was the son of the late Raleigh Vestal Buckner and Ethel Alene Phillips Buckner Frazier. A U. S. Air Force veteran, Mr. Buckner was owner/operator of Little Acres Sand and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Reba Calvert Buckner; son, Raleigh Buckner (Misti) of Simpsonville, SC; grandchildren, Jacob and Chloe; sisters, Glois Morgan (Earl) of Boiling Springs, SC and Veronica Buckner of Taylors, SC; brother, Dale Frazier (Marsha) of Spartanburg, SC; and uncle, Floyd Buckner (Nancy) of Mooresboro, NC. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two infant sons, Boyce and Patrick Buckner; and a brother, Gerald Buckner. Visitation will be 12:00-1:45 PM Saturday, January 19, 2019, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307, with funeral services following at 2:00 PM, conducted by The Rev.
