Corinne Martin

Corinne B. Martin, 76, of Wellford, died Friday, May 11, 2012 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born November 21, 1935 in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late William Fred Bevis, Sr. and Addie Rebecca Miller Bevis and widow of her beloved husband of 49 years, Earl Leroy Martin. Mrs. Martin was retired from Wal-Mart and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her daughter, Brenda M. Robertson (Lee), and son, Terry R. Martin all of Wellford; daughter-in-law, Diane O. Martin of Spartanburg; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sisters, Sara Buice of Pauline, Martha Webber of Boiling Springs, and brother, William F. Bevis, Jr. of Charleston. She was predeceased by a son, Keith Martin and a great-granddaughter, Chloe Williams. Visitation will be 3:00-3:45 PM Monday, May 14, 2012 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 4:00 PM in the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Raymond Ridgeway. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
