Connie Bataille

Connie Bataille, 69, of Pacolet, SC, died Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Born February 8, 1945, in the country of Latvia, she was the daughter of the late Albert Penavs and Maria Lydia Haak Pfarr. A graduate of Spartanburg Methodist College, Connie retired from the Spartanburg County Department of Social Services in 2007 and was of the Protestant faith. Surviving are her sons, Jack Looney (Karrie) of Inman, SC and Matthew Bataille (Heather) of Peoria, AZ; grandchildren, Tiffany Muller, Mark Bradberry, Jr., Taylor Looney, Heaven Bataille, Emily Looney, Rosalyn Bataille, and McKenna Bradberry; great-grandchildren, Ian Muller and Evan Looney; brothers, Harry (Sharon), John (Christy), George (Marilyn); sisters, Aiya and Cindy; numerous nices and nephews; and devoted friend, Virginia Harmon. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by son, Kenneth Bradberry, Jr.; grandson, Maxx Bradberry; and sister, Linda Strader. Connie was an avid reader and lover of all things Elvis. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, who loved her family unconditionally and always put others needs before her own. Private services will be conducted at a later date.
