Clyde Clifford James, 77, of 110 Hidden Hill Road, died Monday, October 25, 2010, at his home. Born January 11, 1933 in Pauline, he was the son of the late Ernest Henry and Prunine Fleming James. He retired from CSX Railroad and was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Blanche James; two sons, Clifton (Brenda) James and Clayton (Janet) James, all of Anderson; and four grandchildren, Adam, Melissa, Scott, and Steven James, all of Anderson. He was predeceased by a sister, Elizabeth Rebecca James. Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. on Friday, October 29, 2010, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Thomas Richie. Burial will be in New Hope Methodist Church Cemetery in Jonesville, SC.
