Christine Freeman

Christine Davis Freeman, 65, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Sunday, June 11, 2017, at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. Born February 25, 1952, in Spartanburg County, SC, she was the daughter of the late John D. and Minnie Lee Davis. Mrs. Freeman was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and retired from the Spartanburg County Auditor's Office. Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Wilson Lewis Freeman; children, Tabitha Jackson (Warren Jr.) of Spartanburg, SC, Christie Smith of Roebuck, SC, Emily Freeman of Chicago, IL, and Corey S. Freeman of Charlotte, NC; brother, Jack Davis of Spartanburg, SC; and sister, Libby Cox of Boiling Springs, SC. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 15, 2017, at Fairview Baptist Church, by the Rev. Mike Davis, the Rev. Keith Davis, and the Rev. Gary Pruitt. Burial will be in Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Fairview Baptist Church Building Fund, 1551 Bryant Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
