Charles A. Threlkeld, Sr., 89, died Sunday, May 29, 2022, at home. He was born December 20, 1932, to the late George Washington and Erma Inez Loftis Threlkeld.
A veteran of the United States Air Force, Charles was a member of Clinton Masonic Lodge #3. He retired from Blackman-Uhler Chemical Company and lived for his family. Charles, affectionately known to everyone as “Grandpa”, was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, uncle, and friend.
Survivors include his son, Pete Threlkeld (Diane) of Boiling Springs; grandsons, Clayton Threlkeld (Brianna) of Campobello and Jacob Threlkeld (Jami) of Boiling Springs; granddaughter, Faith Threlkeld of Boiling Springs; five sisters and one brother. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Charles Lewis Threlkeld.
A Celebration of Life service will be at 2:00 pm, Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Roebuck Masonic Lodge, 4001 South Church Street, Roebuck, SC 29376.
