Charles Patterson

Charles Kenneth Patterson, 84, of Spartanburg, SC died Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born February 5, 1933 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late Charles Bomar and Lucy Mae Wages Patterson. As a veteran of the U.S. Army, Mr. Patterson was retired from the Tyger River Correction Institution. He was a member of Calhoun Masonic Lodge # 81 and was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include his loving wife of 60 years, Annis C. Patterson; and sons, Rick Patterson (Jody) of Spartanburg, SC and Chuck Patterson (Angela) of Roebuck, SC; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be 3:00 - 4:00 PM, Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Burial will be at a later date.
