Charles "GaGa" Edward Mullinax, 84, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at his home. Born May 1, 1929, in Cowpens, SC, he was the son of the late Clyde T. and Julia Blanton Mullinax, and husband, for 50 years, of the late Mary Frances Mullinax. A veteran of the U. S. Navy, Mr. Mullinax was the owner of Triple M Fish Camp. He was a charter member of Eastside Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. Survivors include his sons, Mike Mullinax (Alice) and Johnny Mullinax (Cathy), all of Boiling Springs, SC, and Chan Mullinax (Lori) of Sevierville, TN; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Bonnie Robbins of Cowpens, SC; and brother, Jack Mullinax of Spartanburg, SC. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by a sister, Juanita Brown; and brother, Clyde Mullinax. A memorial service will be conducted at 6:00 PM Friday, June 21, 2013, at Eastside Baptist Church, by the Rev. Gerald Burnett. Visitation will follow at the church.
