Charles Goforth, Jr.

Charles Wayne Goforth, Jr., 88, of Hill Street, died Thursday, February 4, 2010, at his home. Born July 10, 1921, in Newport, TN, he was the son of the late Charles Wayne Goforth, Sr. and Alice Whitlock Goforth. He was retired from the textile industry and was a U.S. Army Air Corps Veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Ethelou Strickland Gosnell Goforth. Graveside services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Monday, March 22, 2010, in Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens. Visitation will follow the service at the graveside.
