Chao Moua

Chao Her Moua, 60, of Chesnee, SC, died Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born June 6, 1954, in Xiangkhouang, Laos, she was the daughter of the late Xashoua Her and Chia Yang. She was a member of Calvary Hmong Alliance Church in Spartanburg. Survivors include her loving husband of 47 years, Palor Moua; children, Abel Moua (Joyce) of Chesnee, SC, Daniel Moua (Chaoy Lor) of Fitchburg, MA, Levi Moua (Kia Vang) of La Cross, WI, Tony Moua of Chesnee, SC, and Kazoua Moua (Luke) of Madison, WI; 15 grandchildren; brothers, Xeev-tuam-Hawj of St. Paul, MN and James Her of Anchorage, AK; and sisters, Kia Monica Her Yang of Kansas City, KS, Choua Her-Moua of Afton, OK, and Crystal Lee Her of Salem, OR. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Payang Her and Chong-Yeng Her. Visitation will be 3:00-10:00 PM Friday, April 10, 2015 and 8:00 AM-11:00 PM Saturday, April 11, 2015, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 N, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 PM Sunday, April 12, 2015, at the Chapel, by the Rev. Long Kue. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307.
