Chang Vang Yang, 49, of 375 Canaan Road, died Sunday, February 28, 2010, along with his son, Toua Yang. Born April 10, 1960, in Laos, he was the son of the late Paolee Yang and Ying Vang Yang. He was employed at BMW, a clan leader in Yang family and an advisor of Hmong Southeast Puav Pheej, Inc., and a former Thailand sewing teacher. Survivors include his wife, Song Vang Yang; five sons, Sue Yang, Teng Yang, and Sang Yang, all of Rhode Island, Benjamin Yang and Jonathan Yang, both of Spartanburg; a daughter, Norah Kauyer Yang of Spartanburg; and a sister, Zoua Yang of Laos. Services will be held at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel from 8:00 a.m. on Friday, March 19, 2010, until burial at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 21, 2010, at Heritage Memorial Gardens in Roebuck.
