Carolyn Huckaby

Carolyn Watson Huckaby, of Spartanburg, SC, formerly of Roebuck, SC, died Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at White Oak Manor-Spartanburg. Born May 30, 1921, in Cross Anchor, SC, she was the daughter of the late James Herbert and Emma Watson Huckaby. Carolyn was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, Roebuck, SC, and a graduate of Anderson College. Survivors include her sister-in-law, Mary Huckaby of West Columbia, SC; nephew, James "Jim" Huckaby and family of Marietta, GA; niece, Nancy Wilson and family of West Columbia, SC; and faithful friend, Mattie Adair. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a brother, James P. Huckaby. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
