Carolyn Hall

Carolyn Cantrell Hall, 85, beloved wife of Roy Hall of 63 years, died December 29, 2009, at RoseCrest after three years of declining health. Born October 23, 1924, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Forest H. and Annie Mae White Cantrell. A graduate of Boiling Springs High School and Cecil's Business College, she was a secretary at Draper Corp. before becoming a homemaker. She was a devoted member of Second Presbyterian Church. Surviving in addition to her devoted husband is a daughter, Candyce Rivers Hendricks and husband Tom; a sister, Betty C. Johnson of Richmond, VA; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Bob Cantrell. A private cryptside service will be held at Greenlawn Heritage Chapel Mausoleum conducted by the Rev. Steven H. Rhodes.
