Carlos Hernandez

Carlos Alberto Francisco Hernandez, 39, of Pauline, SC, died Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born July 30, 1973, in San Cristobal La Vega Valle Nacional, Oaxaca, Mexico, he was the son of Juan Hernandez Garcia and Gloria Francisco Nava of Mexico. Mr. Hernandez was employed with Bridge Construction and was a member of the Catholic Church of Jesus Christ Our Risen Savior. In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Josefina Perez Vasquez Hernandez; children, Laura Hernandez Perez, Carlos Alberto Hernandez Perez and Jonathan Hernandez Perez, all of Pauline; brothers, Oscar Hernandez, Nahun Hernandez, Miguel Angel Hernandez, and Jorge Hernandez all of Spartanburg, and Manuel Hernandez of Mexico; cousins, Israel Francisco and Candelario Juarez, both of Mexico; and son-in-law, Filiberto Guzman of Pauline. Visitation will be 4:00-6:00 PM Sunday, January 20, 2013, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:00 AM Monday, January 21, 2013, at the Catholic Church of Jesus Our Risen Savior, by the Rev. Frank Palmieri. Burial will be private.
