Bobby Morgan

Bobby G. Morgan, 76, of Spartanburg, SC died Sunday, August 29, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born June 12, 1945 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late J. T. and Ruby Burch Morgan. He was the husband of the late Peggy E. Morgan.

A US Marine Corp Vietnam Veteran, Mr. Morgan was retired from USF Redstar. He was a faithful member of Southport Church. He loved God, his family and working outdoors.

Survivors include his daughter, Traci Lynn Morgan of Spartanburg, SC, his son, Jason Andrew Morgan (Sherri) of Campobello, SC, his granddaughter, Jersi Olivia Morgan of Spartanburg, SC, his sisters, Debbie Emory (Harold) of Spartanburg, SC, Brenda Kay Cole (Don) of Boiling Springs, and Linda Lindsay (Raleigh) of Spartanburg, SC. He was also predeceased by his brother, Billy Wayne Morgan.

A Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Friday, September 3, 2021 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by The Rev. James Blackwood. Visitation will follow at the graveside.
