Beverly Snelgrove

Beverly Lewis Snelgrove, 72, of Spartanburg, died Monday, March 4, 2013, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born April 20, 1940, in the Arcadia Community of Spartanburg County, she was the widow of Sammie Eli Snelgrove, MSgt USAF (R). She was a longtime employee of Butte Knit. Surviving are her daughters, Leslie Lawton and Stacey Payne; grandsons, Jesse Lawton and Austin Payne; sister, Gloria Lyles; brother, Jody Lewis; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel.
