Beverly Greer

Beverly C. Greer, 82, of Spartanburg, died May 1, 2011 at her home. Born August 21, 1928, in Glenmoore, PA, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Brickell Sr. and Luella Maude Dell Brickell and wife of the late Steve O. Greer, Sr. Beverly was a retired nurse's aide and a member of Restoration Church. Survivors include two daughters, Terry Monroe of Phoenix, AZ and Sandra Gosnell of Spartanburg; three sons, Steve O. Greer Jr., Donnie Greer, and Mac Greer, all of Spartanburg; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Amy Mae Greer; a son, Alfred Claire Greer; and a stepson, Paul Greer. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, May 5, 2011 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, conducted by the Rev. George Brown. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
