Betty Leonard

Betty Jean Williams Leonard, 77, of Spartanburg, died Monday, November 19, 2012, at Spartanburg Regional Restorative Care. Born November 21, 1934, in Spartanburg County, she was the widow of Walter Jack Leonard and the daughter of the late William Otis and Carrie Mae Woodring Williams. She was a member of Hayne Baptist Church. Surviving are her daughters Sandy Brady and husband JR of Boiling Springs, SC, and Debby Manuel of Lyman, SC; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 12:30-1:45 PM Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM, at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Skip Snyder. Burial will be in Fort Prince Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Healthcare Foundation, Restorative Care Unit, 101 East Wood Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
