Betty Jean Cash Campbell, 65, of Spartanburg, died Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born December 13, 1946 in Gaffney, She was the daughter of the late John Cash, Sr. and Ethel Ray Cash and wife of Claude M. Campbell, Sr. Mrs. Campbell was a school crossing guard at Jesse Boyd Elementary School for over 20 years. She was a member of Temple Independent Methodist Church. She was a loving Nana to her three grandsons and special niece. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are children, Claude M. Campbell, Jr. and wife Kelly, Jennifer LeAnn Campbell and fiancé Craig Wooten all of Spartanburg; three grandsons, Aaron Marshall Campbell, John Harrison Campbell, and Noah Michael Campbell all of Spartanburg; brothers, Danny Cash and wife Loretta of Spartanburg, John Cash, Jr. and wife Diane of Landrum, Mike Cash and wife Betty Sue of Spartanburg, and Rick Cash and wife Deborah of Spartanburg; sister, Sheila Cash Bishop and husband Donnie of Spartanburg, and special niece, Olivia Cash Bishop; nephews, Danny Cash, Jr. and wife Shannon and their children, Caroline and Lucy, Josh Cash and wife Jaime and their children Jax, Joe, and JD all of Spartanburg, Brandon Cash and wife Leslie and their child Hayden of Fort Mill, Zachary Cash and wife Ashley of Gaffney, and Nick Cash of Spartanburg; niece, Summer Cash of Spartanburg. Mrs. Campbell was predeceased by a nephew, Justin Cash. The family would also like to recognize special friends, Gertha Webb, Judy Harper, Margie Seay, Clay and Dianne Campbell, Lucky and Diane Ray, Aunt Ruby Ridings, numerous cousins, and her church family. Visitation will be 1:00-2:15 PM Monday, May 28, 2012 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2:30 PM in the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Rex Keaton. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family is at the home of Sheila and Donnie Bishop, 105 Shelton Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
