Beamon Parker

Beamon "Dave" Parker, 61, of Spartanburg, died Saturday, October 10, 2009, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born February 7, 1948, he was the son of Elizabeth Stapleton and the late Beamon Davis Parker Sr.. He was the District Sales Manager for the Spartanburg Herald Journal and a member of Thompson Chapel Baptist Church. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Genell Price Parker of Spartanburg, and a son, Michael Parker of Atlanta, GA. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
