Barbara Faye Israel Lowe, 80, of Spartanburg, SC, died Friday, April 26, 2013, at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. Born November 4, 1932, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late John Earl and Myrtle Coleman Elliott Israel. She was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are her children, Elaine Baker (Sam) of Campobello, SC, Charles V. Edwards and Darrell Addison, both of Spartanburg, SC; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Edith Pruitt of Spartanburg, SC; and daughter-in-law, Debbie Edwards of Inman, SC. She was predeceased by a son, Tony Edwards; and two brothers, Ned Israel and Luke Israel. Visitation will be 7:00-9:00 PM Sunday, April 28, 2013, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Monday, April 29, 2013, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, by the Rev. Henry Coley. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
