B. Frank Lee, 82, of Cooley Springs, passed away on Wednesday, August 18, 2009, at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home surrounded by his family. Born August 15, 1927, in Spartanburg County, SC, he was the son of the late Ferris Wall and Bertie McCracken Lee. A graduate of Furman University, he was a retired educator from the Fairfax County, VA, school system. He is survived by many nieces and nephews and was predeceased by two sisters and a brother. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, August 20, 2009, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel conducted by the Rev. Travis Smith. The family will receive friends following the service at the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
