Bernard Lynn Enderby, 80, of Spartanburg, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born August 13, 1932, in Galt, Ontario, Canada, he was the son of the late Marvyn Bernard and Edna Marie Brush Enderby. Lynn was a graduate of the University of Detroit High School, University of Detroit School of Engineering, and University of Detroit College of Law. He spent his career first, as a partner with Burton & Parker patent law firm, then the legal staff of General Motors at the Detroit headquarters, specializing in product liability, and continued his legal career in Philadelphia with Lavin Coleman Finerelli & Gray law firm. He was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Surviving is his beloved wife of 56 years, Mary Joyce Jones Enderby; son, David Enderby of Oxford, MI; daughters, Elizabeth (Larry) Westfall of Champaign, IL, Margaret (Jonathan) Farmer of Lawrenceville, GA, and Nancy Enderby (Jonathan Watkins) of Kensington, MD; grandchildren, David, Brian, Peter, Michael, Benjamin, Lucy, Henry, and Eleanor; Benjamin's mother, Jill Smith Enderby; sister, Anne (David) Harrell of Dexter, MI; brothers, Charles (Carolyn) Enderby of Brighton, MI, and Donald Enderby of Chelsea, MI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, November 3, 2012, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, celebrated by the Rev. Timothy M. Gahan.
