Arvinia Nordahl

Arvinia P. Nordahl, 80, of Spartanburg, died Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at Magnolia Manor-Spartanburg. Born July 11, 1931, in Union, SC, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Clark and Lillian Blanton Plexico, and a member of Beaumont Baptist Church. Surviving are her beloved husband, Frank Nordahl; son, Randy P. Nordahl and wife Brenda of Boiling Springs, SC; one granddaughter; two great-granddaughters; one great-grandson; and a brother, Don Plexico and wife Pat of Spartanburg, SC. She was predeceased by brothers, L. D. Plexico, J. C. Plexico, and Harold Plexico; and sister, Evelyn Love. Visitation will be 10:00-10:45 AM Saturday, May 19, 2012, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM, in the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Steven McLain, the Rev. Rupert Guest, and the Rev. John Cox. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to VistaCare Hospice, 4006 East North Street Suite A, Greenville, SC 29615.
