Armand P. Chabot, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2024, at the age of 74 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Born on November 22, 1950, in Springfield, Massachusetts to the late Raymond J. Chabot and Evelyn C. Perreault Chabot.
He is survived by his spouse, Kathy Rogers, and his two sons, Brandon and Andrew Chabot. Armand's family is extended to his stepdaughters, Kristin Patterson and Brandy Robertson. His granddaughters, Marissa and Ashlynn Patterson, as well as Lydia and Lyla Robertson. Armand also took pride in being a great grandfather to Malachi, Mayson, and Mila Wilson.
Armand was blessed with his five siblings—Claire Gregg, John Chabot, Diane Dabbs, Paul Chabot, and Bob Chabot—who remained an important part of his life.
Armand dedicated over 50 years of his professional life to the IT industry, leaving a lasting impact on those who had the privilege to work alongside him. In his free time, Armand was an avid billiard player and a golf enthusiast. He found joy in carpentry and music, showcasing his skills and creativity. His beloved dog, Dakota, was often by his side marking many days filled with laughter and companionship.
A Celebration of Life and visitation will take place from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, on Friday, January 10, 2025, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Friends and family are invited to gather to honor and reflect on the life of this remarkable man, celebrating the legacy he leaves behind.
