Annie Lucille Lipscomb Arnold, 89, formerly of 850 White Stone Road, died Sunday, September 19, 2010, at Magnolia Place. Born February 10, 1921, in Gocher, SC, in Cherokee County, she was the daughter of the late Charles Littlejohn Lipscomb and Etta Fowler Lipscomb and the widow of James Crawford Arnold. She was a member of White Stone United Methodist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Melissa Anne Arnold Foster and husband Joseph Lee Foster, Jr. of Spartanburg; a granddaughter, Julia Ann Krebbs Haas and husband Robert Conrad Haas of Columbia, SC; three great-grandsons, Foster Krebbs, Crawford Krebbs, and Robert Conrad Haas, II, all of Columbia; a great-granddaughter, Amber Michelle McGraw of Boiling Springs, SC; and a great-great-grandson, Aiden McGraw of Boiling Springs. She was predeceased by a grandson, Joseph Lee Foster, III. Visitation will be 2:00-3:00 PM Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Cryptside services will follow at 3:30 PM at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, conducted by the Rev. Patricia McCain. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to White Stone United Methodist Church, PO Box 770, White Stone, SC 29386; or to Mobile Meals Service, PO Box 461, Spartanburg, SC 29304.
