Anna Mullinax

Anna Lou Cash Mullinax, 88, died Saturday, December 14, 2013, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born June 14, 1925, in Cherokee County, SC, she was a daughter of the late Romeo Curtis Cash and Sally Walker Cash, and the widow of Wilburn Eugene Mullinax. She worked side-by-side with her husband for 28 years at Converse #3 Mill and was a member of South Side Baptist Church in Gaffney, SC. Survivors include a son, Jerry Randall Mullinax and Donna Smith of Spartanburg, SC; daughter, Donna Floyd (Sandy) of Cowpens, SC; grandsons, Adam Tyler Floyd (Erica) and Zachary Dylan Floyd, all of Clemson, SC, Steven Andrew Mullinax (Amanda) of Spartanburg, SC, and Daniel Edward Mullinax (Jenny) of Cowpens; granddaughter, Misty Dawn Mullinax, of Tallahassee, FL; sisters, Ruby Bridges and Helen Brown of Spartanburg, and Ailene Maynor of Cowpens. She was predeceased by a son, Carroll Edward Mullinax; and brothers, Robert Cash and Ralph Cash. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Monday, December 16, 2013, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at the chapel, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Wofford B. Caughman, Jr. Burial will be in Cowpens Cemetery, Cowpens, SC. The family is at the home of Donna Floyd, 1434 Old Pacolet Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
