Anna Lindsay

Anna Kate Lindsay, of Spartanburg, died Saturday, June 28, 2014, at her home. Born August 4, 1925, in Spartanburg, SC, she was a daughter of the late Andrew L. and Maggie Sprouse Underwood and the widow of Mack A. Lindsay. She was retired from Beaumont Mills after 40 years of service and was a member of Beaumont United Methodist Church. Survivors include sons, Darrell Lindsay of Spartanburg and Andy Lindsay of Moore, SC; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two daughters, Barbara Lindsay McCravy and Esther Lindsay Sevits, six sisters, and three brothers. Visitation will be 10:00-11:45 AM on Monday, June 30, 2014, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 PM at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Darrell McNeil.
