Ann Blanton

Ann Crocker Blanton, 64, of Spartanburg, died Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Windsor House. Born July 21, 1948 in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Louise Mabry Crowder and wife of the late Ken Blanton. She was first married to the late Terry Crocker. Mrs. Blanton was retired from Ivey Electric Company after 46 years of service. She was a member for over 40 years of Clifton First Baptist Church and was very active in all church activities. Surviving are daughter, Lisa Hammett and husband Jody; son, Travis Crocker and wife Mary Margaret; grandchildren, Brittany Hammett, Kyle Hammett, Addyson Crocker and Clayton Crocker; sister, Mary Watkins; brother, Fred Holsonback; and a special niece, Debbie Teal. She was predeceased by a brother, Charles Holsonback. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Monday, June 3, 2013 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at Clifton First Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Lyn Pace and the Rev. Pete Threlkeld. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park.
