Ann Berline

Ann Theresa Thieken Berline, of 1140 Woodburn Road, died Friday, September 9, 2011, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born October 31, 1950, in Dayton, OH, she was a daughter of the late Francis Xavier and Marie Condron Thieken. She was a graduate of Ohio University. Survivors include her husband, Jeffrie Braden Berline; two sons, Jeffrie Braden Berline II of Nashville, TN, and Clayton James Berline of Spartanburg; a sister, Elizabeth Marie Jeffrey (John) of McKinney, TX; nieces and nephews, Joy Jeffrey and John Jeffrey, both of McKinney, TX, Erin Berline and Quincy Berline, both of Birmingham, MI, and Jess Berline of New York, NY. Ann was a special daughter, wonderful wife, best mom, loving sister, caring aunt, true friend, and good cook (not). She made a difference in every life she touched. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Monday, September 12, 2011, at First Presbyterian Church, conducted by the Rev. Ansley B. Page. An informal reception at the home will follow the service.
