Amber Allison

Amber Shae Allison, 19, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away in her sleep on Sunday, September 18, 2016, at her mother's home. Born April 7, 1997, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of Lisa M. Garcia of Spartanburg, SC and James Scott Allison of Gaffney, SC. Amber enjoyed writing short stories. In addition to her parents, survivors include her brother and sister, Damien Lucas Scott Allison and Summer Briana Dawn Allison, both of Gaffney, SC; grandparents, Karen Garren of Campobello, SC, Donald Garren of Spartanburg, SC, and Karen Allison of Gaffney, SC; uncles and aunt, Joseph Allison of Columbus, OH, Samuel Allison (fiancé, Hailey Greene), and Tammy Blackwell (Richard), all of Gaffney, SC; and Ronald Lynn Blackwell, fiancé of Lisa Garcia, of Spartanburg, SC. She was predeceased by a sister, Christian Lee Hope Allison; and grandfather, Ricky Allison. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, September 22, 2016, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, 235 N. Church St., Spartanburg, SC 29306.
