Albert Curtis Cole, 76, of Spartanburg, SC, died Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at his home. Born December 14, 1939, in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late Alling C. and Anne Carter Cole. Mr. Cole enjoyed photography, college sports, gardening and cooking the bounty of his labors. He was a friends "friend" who loved traveling both domestically and internationally. A member of St. James United Methodist Church and the Contemporary Sunday School Class, he was also a longtime supporter of The Salvation Army. He was a graduate of Murray State University where he received his Master's Degree in Business Administration and was employed as controller in the textile industry in Spartanburg County. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Mignon Hobbs Cole; sons, Andrew C. Cole (Ashley) of Marietta, GA and Aaron C. Cole (Mary Kaye) of Simpsonville, SC; grandchildren, Danielle, Brittany, Copeland, Avery, and Anderson; great-grandchildren, Jayden, Melody, and Lila; and brother, Allan C. Cole of Paducah, KY. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Anita C. Yancy. A memorial service honoring his memory will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 10, 2016, at St. James United Methodist Church, by the Rev. J.
