Agnes Blackwell

Agnes Brackins Blackwell, 79, of Spartanburg, SC, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at White Oak Manor. Born July 1, 1936, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late, William Kelly and Martha Evelyn Revels Brackins, and widow of the late Leroy Jack Blackwell. Mrs. Blackwell was of the Baptist faith and loved her family. Survivors include her daughters, Debra Ingle (Mike) of Pacolet, SC, Linda Ivey of Spartanburg, SC and Sherry Johnson (Doug) of Chesnee, SC; grandchildren, Danielle, Jason, Stacey, Jonathan Jeffrey, and April; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; and brother, Thomas Brackins. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a granddaughter, Christy; brother, Bill Brackins, and a sister, Carolyn Brackins. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, July 30, 2015, at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel, 141 Memorial Drive, Pacolet, SC 29372. Services will be held at 12:30 PM Friday, July 31, 2015 in the Chapel. Burial will be in Pacolet First Baptist Church Cemetery, 310 W. Main Street, Pacolet, SC 29372.
