Aaron Mccallister

Aaron Joshua McCallister, age 25, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023.  He was born in Spartanburg on October 1, 1997 and was the son of Tasha McCallister of Chesnee and the late Clifton Wayne Lancaster.

Joshua was a former employee of Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.

He is survived by his mother and three brothers, Henry Alex McCallister, Jamie Lancaster and Bobby Lancaster and his grandmothers: Sundie Lomax and Kay Lancaster also by his grandfather Wayne Lancaster and his girlfriend, Jade Spencer. Also surviving him is an aunt, Emily McCallister, and aunt and uncle Margaret and Jimmy Edwards.  He leaves behind many cousins including his closest; Britany, Brandon, Daphne, Lance, Hope, Elvis, Jayden, Aubrey and Ashton.  He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday, April 17, 2023, at Floyd’s North Church Street Chapel, 235 N. Church Street, Spartanburg, SC  29306.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Floyd’s North Church Street Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Whitney Cemetery, 847 Iron Ore Road, Spartanburg, SC.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials made to the Aaron J. McCallister funeral fund, 235 North Church Street, SC  29306.
