Taylor Cromer

Taylor Ann "TayTay" Cromer, 18, of Spartanburg, SC, died Friday, October 16, 2015. Born February 28, 1997 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of Michael Shane Cromer and Jamie Leigh Cromer, (Ann Marie McMaster-Birth Mother). Miss Cromer was a graduate of Dorman High School, where she was a honor student, member of the Dorman Blue Belles and Honors Chorus. She was currently enrolled with Spartanburg Methodist College and played on the tennis team, and was a member of the SMC Troubadours. She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. Fishing with her Dad was a hobby she loved. She also loved dancing and singing, but her love for God was greater than ALL! Her love of her brothers and sister, drew her to be an elementary teacher. She was employed with Roebuck Fish Camp and Olive Garden. Along with her parents, she is survived by a sister, Marleigh Cromer of the home; brothers, Michael Shane Cromer, Jr. of Inman, SC; Zachary, Gabriel, and Carson Cromer, of the home; half-sister, Alyssa McMaster, of Raleigh, NC; grandfather, Mike Cromer; and grandparents, Rip and JoAnn George; Wayne and Dana Owens; Terry and Shirley Hicks; Alan and Teresa McMaster. Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Lake Bowen Baptist Church, 404 Sugar Ridge Road, Inman, SC 29349, conducted by the Rev. Mark Williams and the Rev. Andrew Dionne. Burial will follow in Lake Bowen Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Taylor Ann Cromer Memorial Fund at Wells Fargo Bank.
