George Mcdaniel

George McDaniel, 79, of Wellford, SC, died Friday, January 19, 2018 at Brookview House. Born April 23, 1938 in Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late George J.L.M. and Cora Evelyn Stroup McDaniel and the widower of Dorothy Earline McDaniel. Mr. McDaniel was retired from Community Cash as a store manager. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Susan Branham (Randal); grandson, Kyle Branham; and granddaughter, Casey Branham, all of Woodland Park, CO; and sister-in-law, Judy Ramsey of Gaffney, SC. He was also predeceased by four sisters, Veatrice Young, Virginia Mitchem, Mozelle Vaughn, and Dorothy O'Shields. Graveside service will be 1:00 PM Friday, January 26, 2018 in Sunset Memorial Park, 1955 Cannons Campground Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. Rob Gouge and the Rev. Brandon Lewis.
