David Young

David Michael Young "Kirby", 56, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018. Born December 15, 1961 in Asheville, NC, he was the son of Martha Jane Kirby and the late David McDonald Young. David was a manager of the parts department at John E. Fox Co. He was a member of Liberty United Methodist Church. He was also a member of the Gamecock Club and held season passes, avid collector of Sports memorabilia, fisherman, bowler, and loved sports. He loved his family dearly, and was a dedicated husband and father. Survivors include his loving wife of 20 years, Sarah M. Young; son, Darren Michael Young of Spartanburg, SC; Mariah Nicole Milosovich of Philadelphia, PA; and Erin Summer Young of the home; sisters, Leslie Suzanne Young (Donna L. Pittman) of Spartanburg, SC; brothers, John Young (Ken Yunker) of Florida, Jason Young of Georgia; Christopher Jason Kirby of Spartanburg, SC; mother, Martha Jane Kirby of Spartanburg, SC; stepmom, Edie Young of Florida; brother-in-law, Gary D. Milosovich of Ohio; sister-in-law, Susan M. Milosovich of Pennsylvania; and a niece, Megan Milosovich of PA. A memorial service will be at 3:00 PM Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by The Rev. Jonesy Brewer.
